Version:           4.6.3 (using KDE 4.6.2) 
OS:                Linux

Each time I surf on the Web I can see that Konqueror refresh page 2 time (it load the page one time and refresh it).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I made a little PHP script that made a count :

open count.txt
read count
count++
write count
close count.txt

Actual Results:  
I write the URL for that script and it shows : 2, (refresh) 4, (refresh) 6, etc.

Expected Results:  
Page should shows 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

When I clicked on the « report bug » (input type=submit) for this report I got an error message : « You already used the form to file bug 273482 » (konqueror refreshed the page).
