Nada mas conectar el dispositivo al sistema y comenzar la detección con el widget networkmanager plasmoid, el sistema se vuelve inestable, kde4 entra en éste estado de error y la pantalla queda en negro (sin escritorio) con solo el asistente de informe de fallos.

plasma-desktop (0.4) on KDE Platform 4.6.00 (4.6.0) "release 6" using Qt 4.7.1

Al iniciar KDE4 con el modem huawei 3G conectado, el escritorio se queda con la pantalla en negro y unicamente con el asistente de informes de fallos, no pudiendo hacer nada mas que reiniciar. Si lo hago sin el modem, todo vuelve a la normalidad, claro.
