This bug report is about the Trash bin icon for the KDE Plasma Panel.

For some reason, the Trash bin in the panel is always shown as full. Even when it is empty!
This happens even when the one on the desktop is shown as empty.

Another problem with this Trash bin icon is that it does not provide a mechanism to empty the bin.
