Icons are not fully scalable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
For example:

Use a big icon size in Dolphin.

Actual Results:  
The icons seem to be an enlarged version of a raster icon of a lower resolution. You can see enlarged pixels. (See snapshot1.png)

Expected Results:  
Always when an icon is used in a pixel size that isn't available as raster icon, the icon should be rendered from the SVG version of the icon.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.37.1-1.2-default
Compiler: gcc

this is your distro foult, they are saving space and removing all sizes above 48x48... real oxygen as all sizes from 16x16 all the way to 256x256
