Created attachment 59769 [details] Screenshot showing mail subjects with missing whitespaces. Version: Git (master) (using KDE 4.6.2) OS: Linux In several places, whitespaces are randomly stripped out of the subject of messages: - Message list - Fancy mail header - Window title of mail opened in separate window This is a KMail and not a mailserver issue, as the subject is correct when viewing the raw source of a mail. Reproducible: Always Actual Results: [tomahawk-bugs] Created: (TWK-161) QA issues in bundled miniupnpcreported by Gentoo during build - Missing whitespace between 'miniupnpc' and 'reported' [tomahawk-bugs] Created: (TWK-162) Dragging track from playlist tothe playlist's name creates a duplicate entry - Missing whitespace between 'to' and 'the' [tomahawk-bugs] Created: (TWK-164) Save queue on shutdown for nextstart - Missing whitespace between 'next' and 'start' See also the attached screenshot.
Could you please attach the mail as an mbox file?
Created attachment 59779 [details] mbox file of mail affected by this bug As requested a mail which is affected by this bug. It seems this happens once when requesting the subject from the mail object and it is re-used over and over again. As one can see, even in the suggested mailname, the whitespace is missing between 'next' and 'start'. It looks like it is sometimes the 8th and sometimes the 9th whitespace which is stripped out.
Subject: [tomahawk-bugs] Created: (TWK-164) Save queue on shutdown for nextstart It seems like the bug is already in the attached file, is this the file you have in the mailbox or is it exported from KMail? If it's exported from KMail please attach the raw file from the mailbox (stripping any personal info if needed).
Waiting for example mail
