Every time I log in to KDE, the icons on my desktop are put in a different order. I don't have a "Folder View" widget, but the whole desktop is in "Folder View" mode, so that the icons are placed directly on the desktop.  I have selected "By Type" for sorting, but also completely disabled sorting to test, but the problem persists even with sorting disabled.

This is on KDE 4.6.3. I selected 4.6.2 in the bug report settings because 4.6.3 is not listed as a choice. But the same problem existed also in 4.6.2, so it's not a 4.6.3 regression or anything. I don't know if it existed in 4.6.1 and older, since I was using a Folder View widget/plasmoid with those versions.
