when i create an album with
 17:02:2004:00:00
or
-17:02:2004:01:00
then
album is created with 16:02:2004

one day is substracted


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
create an album with custom date





OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.33.7-server-2mnb
Compiler: gcc

mandriva 2010.2 32 bit
