Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.2) OS: Linux open pdf with that rotation is incorrect. You want to correct the rotation quickly but the icon is not there. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: You have to go to: view => orientation => rotate left/right This is not very friendly, and slow/confusing to access for normal users. Actual Results: as above Expected Results: You want to correct the rotation quickly but the icon is not there. The clear rotate left/right icon is in the toolbar. :) This is really quick and easy to fix I'm sure and is a nice little useful improvement to this great program. Hope it can be set by default so distro's don't have to do this it's one small thing that makes KDE more usable.
Sorry, this won't happen, the toolbar is already crowded as it is so we can not add more icons. Also badly rotated documents should be the exception, not the rule, if you get lots of them complain to the creator ;-)

But I have unusually high res... Thanks
I actually came here because I was googling how to rotate documents in Okular. So yes, it is inedeed not very friendly, and slow/confusing to access , as Divan stated. You could at least make it an option to have the shortcut in the toolbar. In my opinion it belongs right next to the zoom options. Besides I have badly rotated documents all the time and no, there is no particular creator of PDF documents that I could reasonably complain to. It happens a lot when you work with scanned documents. I don't feel like the toolbar is too crowded either. Some toolbar text could easily be removed (e.g. "zoom in" and "zoom out" next to a magnifying glass with a plus/minus sign on them is completely redundant).

Oh sweet, and there is an icons-only option too! Apologies for that post, that was quite premature.
also came here through google search :) I'm glad it is implemented but as indicated by Clemens, it is not very discoverable. Also, I don't use any of the default toolbar buttons (except the selection button) which, indeed, take almost half of the screenwidth.
