Only in 'Air' plasma theme, only when the focus is on the window.

I confirm this bug with KDE 4.7.1 (Kubuntu 11.10 Beta 2) with default settings, with or without desktop effects. I have this bug with both Air and Air-netbook themes. See my attached screenshot.
