In the "Source code repository" section, there are instructions pointing to the svn and websvn, but edu has already moved to git

Yes we know but we are in the process of moving to a new edu.kde.org look and thus cannot do it all.
Maybe in the meantime you can add the correct info to techbase.kde.org and we'll point to this page from the new website when it's up. Just note down the tech base URL here, thanks!

I updated http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Edu/KTurtle to include this information. Please take a look at "Source Code" section since English is not my primary language.

The link "Watch KTurtle development activity on cia.vc" in the new layout is broken.
The attibutes on the anchor tag are
    http:="" cia.vc="" stats="" project="" kde="" kturtle"=""
which is totally screwed up.
Is that an issue of the ongoing move or something that went wrong during the move?

Yes, it was a typo while trying to integrate git repos.
Fixed now, and along with that, the main bug in question.
