A calendar file with one appointment in it.

Version:           4.4.10 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

The attached calendar file has one appointment.  KOrganizer shows one additional appointment each time I enable this calendar file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell KOrganizer to add a local file calendar in the attachment.
  2. Tell KOrganizer to disable the calendar.
  3. Tell KOrganizer to enable the calendar.
  4. Tell KOrganizer to disable the calendar.
  5. Tell KOrganizer to enable the calendar.
  6. ???
 

Actual Results:  
  1. Two appointments.
  2. No appointments.
  3. Three appointments.  
  4. No appointments.
  5. Four appointments.
  6. Profit.

Expected Results:  
  1. One appointment.
  3. One appointment.
  5. One appointment.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.1-1.2-desktop

Try korganizer 4.6.1. Shouldn't happen.
