When kde starts kdeinit4 crashes on segfault. It started a few weeks ago - probably after upgrade, I don't remember installing something extraordinary. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Restart Kubuntu

Actual Results:  
I get greeted by Segfault reporting tool (apport?) 
Possibly connected: knetworkmanager plasmoid doesn't see any wireless networks even though $iwlist scan does

Expected Results:  
Everything works

I tried to report it by the tool that pops up after crash, but it failed to submit information. Here is it's full report:
