It's not good for relax, when window begins to move if you missed and clicked on background istead of card. Raised window becomes usual etc.
I think it must be optional.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just click and drag by left mouse button background of the game window, instead of a card.

Actual Results:  
Window moves with the mouse as it window titlebar.

Expected Results:  
Nothing must happens.

I don't know if it is about game or kwin.

Actually, it's neither KPat nor KWin, but the Oxygen window decoration. :)
