Ability to control borders around notes; such as eliminate borders
This is very useful when filling in PDF's with text

Having notes with no (or almost transparent) borders is not only practical for filling forms, but also for covering ink thirsty ad-banners in a pdf-file (for example a pdf of a hotel or plane ticket voucher).
