Version: 4.2.60 (using KDE 4.5.5) OS: Linux 1. All was OK till 2 days ago 2. Now Crashes Every time i use Edit->Find/Replace in Files 3. Tried many variation of find setting found on Find/Replace in Files Dialog Box. 4. Also tried manual mv of project folder, replacing it with older code to see if there is some illegal character set in my code causing this. Did not help 5. Problem persists across Pc reboot Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click Edit -> Find/replace in Files 2. Write a string in Pattern field 3. Click Search Actual Results: Crashed with Detail: Executable: kdevelop PID: 18103 Signal: 11 (Segmentation fault) Expected Results: Was working fine till 2 days ago when it was giving tabular view of search results None

@Hassan: Can you still reproduce this with git master? If so, can you provide an updated backtrace? It seems to be specific to your setup as I cannot reproduce, and the code has changed a bit since you reported.
