The behaviour of the kpat window has been changed for the worse, in my opinion:
If one misses the card deck when trying to move cards and clicks the window background, the whole kpat window is moved. This is annoying as one has to readjust the position of the kpat window on the desktop frequently. 
Since the kpat window can be moved by using the title bar, this "option" is not needed and also uncommon to other kde programs. Therefore it should be removed.

Steps to Reproduce:
click and hold on the kpat window background and move the cursor

Actual Results:  
the cursor moves the whole kpat window around the desktop

Expected Results:  
the cursor does not move the kpat window but only cards. Move the kpat window via the title bar.
