The "Configure your Desktop" panel icon tooltip which appears when the mouse is hovered over it says 
"Configure your Desktop Configure your Desktop"
Surely the second phrase should be a further description like maybe "Personal KDE Settings" or "Pesonal System Settings"

fixed by mageia people
