Description Elias Probst 2011-04-06 12:11:44 UTC
Version: Git (master) (using KDE 4.6.1)
OS:                Linux

When running KMail embedded into Kontact, composing a mail by clicking a mailto link in a browser or running 'kmail --composer' doesn't work.

Instead the warning, KMail would be already running is shown.

The output on the terminal where 'kmail --composer' is run from looks like this:
elias@e6510 ~ % kmail --composer
kmail2(18289) KMail::lockOrDie: oldPid= 18278
kmail2(18289) KMail::lockOrDie: "/usr/bin/kontact"
kmail2(18289) KMail::lockOrDie: Found process 18278 running. It's: "kontact"
kmail2(18289) KMailApplication::newInstance:
kmail2(18289) KMailApplication::newInstance: Delaying instance creation.

This doesn't happen when running kmail standalone.

Reproducible: Always
