When using System Settings/Personal Information, the top button on the left of the Resources panel is blank. It should have the text 'Add' showing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to System Settings/Personal information

Actual Results:  
The text is permanently missing.

The openSUSE 11.4 system I have was only installed this week, so should I still be seeing the bug if it has been fixed?

The fix will be in the upcoming 4.6.2 language packs released in the next days.
So you will still see the bug in your openSUSE 11.4 system.

This is fixed since KDE 4.6.2
