Timur, these are fantastic, many thanks!  Could I just ask that you add some inline comments with English translations of the holiday names to make my life easier when I change the file format?

Hi John,

Please find attached patch with English translations. Unfortunately there are translations for not the whole list of holidays. I'll update files when holidays get English translations on e.gov.kz web site.

I can't say when the holidays get English translations. Perhaps it will take too long to wait. Maybe commit available patches?

Unfortunately there are no official Kazakh translation for some holidays.

Thanks for the fast answer :) I think we better provide unofficial translations rather than having more holidays in one language than the other.
