Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use LDAP server as address book with inetOrgPerson as schema

Actual Results:  
1. Kaddressbook ignores homePostalAddress in inetOrgPerson.
2. Kaddressbook incorrectly treats inetOrgPerson's street, l, st, postalcode as "Home" address fields.


Expected Results:  
1. Kaddressbook should recognize homePostalAddress as home address.
2. Kaddressbook should recognize street, l, st, postalcode as Business address.
