Considering this as a regression, as "it used to work".

When trying to refresh Twitter friends list for sending DMs, Choqok seems to be in a "waiting forever" condition where the friends list never gets updated.

Shortly afterwards any interaction with Twitter becomes impossible as (even after having stopped/restarted Choqok) it spits messages stating that Twitter won't talk anymore because it's limited to 350 requests/hour.

So I assume that Choqok's way to get the friend's list is buggy and makes a huge number of requests to the server...?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just try to update Twitter friends list. Might be necessary to have a good number of subscribers ? I have 450+ subscribers and 100+ subscriptions myself.

Actual Results:
Got error message

Could you please confirm whether or not you can reproduce this issue with Choqok 1.3?
