Version: 2.3 (using KDE 4.6.1) OS: Linux I've been using Karbon 14 and Krita for a couple of months, with 2.2 and 2.3 versions. In both of them, when I try to export a drawing to PDF (with File->Export as PDF...), makes an A4 sized pdf (209,903 x 297,039 mm), no matter what size have the document or drawing: when the document is bigger than the A4 size, the PDF shows only a part of the document. I did the same thing for Kword (Words) but it exports a PDF with the correct size of the document. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Create a document in Krita or Karbon14, with a non A4 size. Export it to pdf with File->Export as PDF... Open the output pdf with Okular or something. Look for the size of the pdf. Actual Results: Get always an A4 size pdf. Expected Results: Get a pdf document with a size equal to the document or drawing.
Well, yes... You are right. But export to pdf is sort of a shorthand option. For now, if you want to set the paper size, use Print, then select print to pdf and the papersize by clicking the options button. But export to pdf should be much better...

Now with Qt 5 this is working - sort of. - You set a document size, other than A4 in Preferences->Page layout - Export your document as PDF (File->Export as PDF) - A dialog appears where you have to set *again* the dimensions of your document. If you don't, it will export it as A4 by default
