Output of the terminal running digikam

Version: 1.9.0 (using KDE 4.6.1)
OS: Linux

I had my collection in 1.8.x, updated to the latest 1.9.0 and all pictures dissapeared. Tried rebuilding the database, deleting .kde4/share/digikam and changing the DB driver from SQLite to MySQL back and forth, and it did not work.

There are no pictures in any panel, though the albums display properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Updated from the 1.8 to 1.9.0 version

Actual Results:
loss of all the tags and extra metadata info, and no images displayed at all.

Expected Results:
Should display the images stored in the library

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.37-20-default
Compiler: gcc

It's probably a packaging/installing problem. digiKam KIOSlave are not runable.

Updated my KIO libs and the problems ceased. Thanks!!
Comment 3 caulier.gilles 2017-07-26 07:08:16 UTC
This problem is relevant of digiKam KIO Slaves and all of these have been dropped in favor of a multi-threaded interface to query the database.
