Expected Results: No problems with ksnapshot and klauncher would be great.
I think I've been seeing this too. I first noticed it with ksnapshot but my amchine has gotten into a state where I'm unable to launch any applications. Then oddly enough if I start closing applications, eventually I'll close one and all the applications I tried to start all pop up. Somehow something in klauncher is getting gummed up. I tried looking for a klauncher log to see if that would give me any clues. From what I've been able to find it logs stuff to ~.xsession. I couldn't find anything useful in there this time but if this happens again I'll look there right away and see if I find anything interesting. I too am running on OpenSuse 11.4 but I'm running 4.6.0 This bug is really infuriating, I hope we can track down the cause quickly so that it can be fixed.
This bug is very frustrating to debug. Can someone tell me where I can get useful information? Are there any useful logs for klauncher errors? I tried looking in ~/.xsession-errors but I couldn't find anything useful.
In openSUSE12.1 final with KDE4.7.2 it is gone.
