Steps to reproduce:

1) Open kontact touch mail
2) Click on Create new Email
3) Open Actions flap
4) Scroll down to Composer Menu
5) Take a look at the menu entries -> no Configure Identity menu entry is shown
6) Scroll up the Menu -> Configure Identity entry appears

Same effect can be noticed in other menu entries. This one is always reproduceable. Do correct this behavior scrolling of the menu and of the menu entries in a menu must be independent from each other.

Windows CE version is also affected
