Description Antonis Tsiapaliokas 2011-03-20 23:26:13 UTC
Version: 2.0.89 (using Devel)
OS: Linux

Hello

If you are trying to sent an email, when the configure kmail/composer/charset is empty, then a kmessageBox is coming out with the following message "No charsets were available for encoding." Here is some information about my system. I am using kmail 2.0.89 with kde 4.6.41 on opensuse 11.3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1)open kmail
2)go to configure kmail/composer/charset
3)delete all entries
4)open the composer and try so sent an email

Actual Results:
A KmessageBox is coming out with the message "No charsets were available for encoding."

Expected Results:
I guess that it should have came out a window, which will a allow the user to add a new encoding or use a default one.

Why would the user delete all charsets?
