Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1)open kmail 2)go to configure kmail/composer/charset 3)delete all entries 4)open the composer and try so sent an email Actual Results: A KmessageBox is coming out with the message "No charsets were available for encoding." Expected Results: I guess that it should have came out a window, which will a allow the user to add a new encoding or use a default one.
Why would the user delete all charsets?
