Dolphin complains that it's unable to read from a file if that file is zero sized and I want to download it via FTP.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a zero sized file somewhere
2. connect via ftp to the machine hosting the zero sized file
3. try to download the zero sized file

Actual Results:  
unable to read the file

Expected Results:  
the file should be downloaded
