patch to load all catalogs for kaddressbook_plugin

Version:           GIT (master) (using Devel) 
OS:                Linux

Launch kaddressbokk directly and it is fully translated, launch it from kontakt and some catalogs are not loaded.
Bug is in master and kdepim >= 4.0

Reproducible: Always
