(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: general
Version: unknown (using KDE 2.1.1 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Red Hat Linux 6.2
Compiler: gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314/Linux (egcs-1.1.2 release)
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: kernel version 2.4.5 DRI module 1.1 i810.o

Vertical banded lines may appear on the title bar.
Sometimes this corruption is also seen on the menubar and the toolbar. I'm using XFree86 4.0.2 with DRI enabled for the i810 chipset.

(Called from KBugReport dialog. Fields OS manually changed)

This is a xfree bug.
Try to increase depth in your xfree86config-4
I don't have this problem since I incresed depth (24 bits).
