Version: svn trunk (using KDE 4.4.5) OS: Linux The grid is currently not very user-friendly. I would like to have a grid docker, with options like: -show/hide grid -grid spacing -grid angle -grid color -set grid origin A very useful feature, especially for comics frames ;) . Reproducible: Always
Interesting idea. Should even be easy to do.
From a very similar wishbug by Pentalis@gmail.com : Grid config options should appear on the Tool Options docker, when selected. Currently, when grids are selected, the tool options docker shows nothing, so one has to go to the View Menu to edit the properties of the grid: this is counter intuitive. Make all the 3 grid options of the View menu available in the Tool options docker. And add the option to set the opacity and color of the grid in the docker. My 2 cents: I think it should be in tool options rather than a dedicated docker. That would reduce clutter. Make the tool options appear when "edit the grid" tool is active. So a combination of the 2 wishes seems smart.

We now have a grids and guides docker, Where we can change the options for grids and guides easily, Is there anything else to be implemented, or should this bug ticket be closed?
No, we can close this.
