Which Phonon backend are you using? If it is Xine then this is a duplicate of bug 242168
backend is xine. I think it is not a duplicate of Bug 242168 but a duplicate 261469. Will mark accordingly. Also I don't think that Bug 261469 is a duplicate of Bug 242168 but that is another topic :)
