tabs with same labels

Version:           2.3.0 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

currently I have open four tabs with FTP:// to four different servers, but the directory inside is the same. The description of the tab is the same. There is four times "ftp:batch". So I'm not able to see, which server is on each tab. I have to switch to correct tab to see the server name/IP. Would be good to have possibility to rename tab, or put some prefix to tab.

Changes to panel tab label

* added host if not empty
* special label on startup when dir does not exist
* fix crash when [panel not visible]+[non existing dir]+[show full path]
