Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0) OS: Linux Here's something really weird happening. Dragonplayer opens to play selected file, and everything works good, until certain amount of time (around 20 mins) passes. At certain point, I can see two sounds: one from the movie I'm watching and another one from an mp3 file on my HDD. Some extra time passes, and I can hear another sound file, etc. What on earth may cause such behavior? =) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any movie with <Open with Dragonplayer> 2. Watch the movie for some time; Actual Results: Sound from several files sound simultaneously. Expected Results: Only the sound from the movie should be. Wondering that the issue is not yet reported. So, most probably, the problem is somewhere in my configuration (but where?)
there's likely a second player involved? next time it happens, just "losf | grep <currently playing mp3>" to figure what is actually playing the tune (and whether it's even the same process you use to play the video) Could happen because of eg. colliding schortcut/hotkey setup (eg. play/pause in dragon also globally affects amarok or whatever)
Using Phonon VLC backend? Also please get the data Thomas suggested.
