New crash information added by DrKonqi

kmail (1.13.5) on KDE Platform 4.6.2 (4.6.2) using Qt 4.7.0

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Under the same conditions as the first crash on this report, when I started kmail after another instance had connected to the imap folder, it failed to refresh the folder and instead the messages disappeared and it crashed when I clicked on one of the messages.
