Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the new (clones/telepathy-contact-list/mklapetek/telepathy-contact-list-new) contact list
2. Add an account using the accounts kcm
3. The contact list doesn't see the new account

The contact list is still in its early beginnings with not all features done yet, nevertheless thanks for the report :)
