A screenshot of Device manager pop-up with 2 devices.

Version:           4.6 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS:                Linux

When connecting an Ipod it is regognized as both an Ipod (which works properly) and an unmountable flash drive of the same size (see screenshot).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Connect an Ipod
Look at the Device Manager pop-up

Actual Results:
Ipod is recognized as 2 devices one of which is wrong and does not mount.

Expected Results:
Ipod should be recognized as Ipod only.

Ipod classic 160 Gb, Kubuntu Maverick x64.

Does the (working) Ipod entry mount as a USB mass storage? Please also provide the following as attachments:

$ udisks --dump

and

$ solid-hardware list details

Hmm, looks like a bug in udisks... it marks both devices (sdb and sdb1) as having some kind of filesystem on it which isn't true for sdb :/

Please try to report it upstream to udisks bugzilla
