Many open dialogs on Maemo 5 have an insufficient title set.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
e.g.
1) open kleo mobile
2) open Actions flap
3) choose File menu
4) click on Import Certificates

Actual Results:  
Dialog is opened with a title of chdg_ti_open_file title

Expected Results:  
Open dialog should have a sufficient title e.g. in this case Choose Certificate to import
