- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Okular v. 0.11.2 and Google Chrome v. 9.0.597.98 were open in the background.  Opened up System Settings -> Software Management.  Looked as though Software Management was trying to populate the list of "Categories" on the main page and then it crashed.

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.
