kdeinit crashes when I log in to kde.  network-manager doesn't work, and I'm unable to submit a bug report with the built in app because it cannot talk to kded. (kded4 claims to be running, and if i run kded it says Aborted).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I upgraded to kde 4.6 and this has been happening every reboot since then.
