Normal transparency

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Krunner and plasma (panel) is transparent when composition is enabled, and not transparent when composition is disabled or suspended.
However, after suspending and resuming composition, krunner and plasma transparency has obviously changed, krunner being close to without transparency (it may look solid but if you look carefully you could see it has certain transparency).

there seems to have no way to make krunner back to its normal level of transparency

PS> i'll attach screenshots

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure you have composition on by log on
2. press Alt-F2 to bring up krunner, note its level of transparency
3. now press alt-shift-f12 (suspend composition) wait a second or two and press again
4. press Alt-F2 to bring up krunner again, you would notice the change in transparency of krunner , panel as well
