Description Will Stephenson 2011-02-17 16:19:48 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Reproducible: Didn't try
Comment 1 Will Stephenson 2011-02-17 16:20:30 UTC
Marble renders night correctly, and changes the angle according to the time of year.
Comment 2 olavpet 2011-03-07 08:18:37 UTC
Confirmed. The sun shadow is rendered correctly in the marble appplication itself, but is way off the mark in the "marble desktop background".
Comment 3 olavpet 2011-04-10 12:01:26 UTC
Same problem in KDE SC 4.6.1 and 4.6.2
Comment 4 olavpet 2011-05-13 10:30:16 UTC
The bug is still present in KDE SC 4.6.3
