Description Russ Fineman 2011-02-15 18:37:33 UTC
Version: 1.13.6 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Not sure if Folder List is correct place for this bug.

Have a subfolder of the inbox called hold. I keep emails there I want to hold for a short time. When I start Kontact with Kmail as default the hold inbox shows a total of three messages. But the right hand window only shows one message. Looking at ~/.kde4/share/apps/kmail/,inbox.directory/ho;d/cur there three messages are there. The one showing is type email message, the other two are plain text documents. The messages were dragged from Inbox to Inbox/Hold.

Does not appear to occur on other subfolders.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just start Kontact and look at subfolder under Inbox.

Actual Results:
 see one of three messages.

Expected Results:
Should see all three messages

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
