not complete network applet localization

Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

"Configuring Interface", "Setting network address" and "Cinnected to" strings in Network Manager applet not have Russian localization.
Example attached.

Reproducible: Didn't try




KDE 4.6 installed from ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports.

These messages are extracted to the translation catalog libknetworkmanager, but the applet does not load this catalog.

Fix:
+ KGlobal::locale()->insertCatalog("libknetworkmanager");
