Description Wayne Maeda 2011-02-12 01:33:16 UTC
Version: 2.2.2 (KOffice 2.2.2) (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux

Request adding a "append to existing table" function in Kexi so that one can import csv or ods data directly into an existing table instead of importing it as a new table.

Reproducible: Didn't try

I also think this is a needed feature. I'm importing data from odb database using csv files and Although the import works fine, whenever I want to change any parameter of the tables (eg. making a field unique or needed) all the data is deleted. I would love to be able to import all the data into an existing table.
I aso found this person (http://old.nabble.com/Importing-data-into-table-td30840412.html) who is requesting the same.
