[Comment from a bug triager] This seems related to bug 264431. Regards
Created attachment 57342 [details] New crash information added by DrKonqi kpackagekit (0.6.3.3) on KDE Platform 4.6.00 (4.6.0) using Qt 4.7.1 - What I was doing when the application crashed: At first I've tried to install Open Arena. During the downloading of the package I was surfing the web for a while using rekonq. Several minutes have passed (~10 or so) and I've switched back to KPackageKit. The downloading was still at 16 % as it was before I had surfed the web. I've cancelled installation and application has crashed. Later I've intentionally reproduced the bug installing Tremulous. This time I haven't performed any actions after starting installation before cancelling it - just run -> authorize-> wait for 10-15 seconds -> cancel -> crash. I haven't made any other attempts to cancel downloading of the packages. Hope this will help, good luck and thank you -- Backtrace (Reduced): #6 0x0000003de975e625 in QCoreApplication::postEvent(QObject*, QEvent*, int) () from /usr/lib64/libQtCore.so.4 #7 0x0000003def236b05 in KpkReviewChanges::~KpkReviewChanges() () from /usr/lib64/libkpackagekitlib.so #8 0x0000003def236c09 in KpkReviewChanges::~KpkReviewChanges() () from /usr/lib64/libkpackagekitlib.so #9 0x0000003de976fb78 in QObject::event(QEvent*) () from /usr/lib64/libQtCore.so.4 #10 0x0000003deb00898d in QWidget::event(QEvent*) () from /usr/lib64/libQtGui.so.4
