Description Beat Wolf 2011-02-07 11:59:41 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Since upgrading to kde 4.6 from kde 4.5 the screen goes of after some time of inactivity, for example while watching a movie.

I checked the power profiles, none has the screen deactivatio. The screensaver settings specify no screensaver either.

I can reproduce this at will on two different computers, a desktop machine and a laptop.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Deactivate all options that would deactivate the screen after some time, including the screensaver
wait a few minutes, for example by watching a movie with dragon

Actual Results:
The screen goes off

Expected Results:
screen power management settings should be respected and the screen should not go off
