When search or selecting a history item, you can press enter to actually select it. Unfortunately the popup does give any feed back and doesn't close. 

So you have to press enter and then escape to continue, which is very time consuming if you use it a lot for programming like i do.

This is since version 0.9.7, after the broken search functionality was fixed again i think.
