Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Actually, if I disable the setting, the background stops to be shaded.
But when I restart Kate, the background is shaded and the setting is still disabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Enable the TreeView plugin.
Disable the background shading.
Restart Kate.
Open several files.

Actual Results:
The background is shaded.

Expected Results:
The background shouldn't be shaded.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.37-ARCH
Compiler: gcc
