Description Kai Uwe Broulik 2011-02-05 15:03:48 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

When resuming from fullscreen video playback, the area that was covered by the player (i.e. the whole screen, on multi screen only the screen that held the player) stays black. You need to move a window or resize a window or hover over elements to make them redraw.
I first thought this was due to xorg-edgers drivers but this also occurs with default Kubuntu Mesa drivers and also on my other machine with nvidia blob. This didn‘t happen in 4.6 RC 2 but in final.

Reproducible: Always

You may re-assign it to kwin bugs since it also happens when resuming from Gwenview‘s fullscreen as well as with Chromium fullscreen.

Cannot reproduce. This is (was) probably related to Xorg/your video card driver.
